    Very good, nice and clear.
But for beginners, a little hard.
Because when you are a beginner (and not in good shape, but trying to change your life and your body!) you need some more “easy” -but positive- exercises to start to stretch your body.
Any way, I will try to do it.
One more thing: People like you are very worth for humanity. Why? Because you have a good message for other people. Thank you.
