    Yeah, I found this difficult to begin with too. I found that if you remove clothing from the upper body & lubricate the abdomen, painful chafing can be avoided. Hope this helps.

    Aren’t there enough “yoga for beginners” offerings? We got “yoga for beginners” coming outta the ol’ ying-yang. What I want to see is “yoga for people who can lick their own elbow.”
