Mediation is really hard. It’s so easy to get distracted and being aware that you’re sitting with no stimuli makes it so that you get even more distracted. It’s really hard to stick to.
@angrydoug, bohemian is a style of fashion. She seems to live a very Buddhist lifestyle from what I can see. If that’s what you’re talking about, then it’s not really hard to do that.
hi tara, i did the meditation right away and i found that concentrating on being completely still really helped… even though there were lots of thoughts (mostly about how to meditate). thanks for posting this. i hope you got the cd of music that i sent.

@TaraStilesYoga Well…your yoga is your art and your jetsetting around between NY and LA, doing book deals and such…expressing your art. Like a later day Jack Kerouac “On The Road”…albeit much more healthy! It sure beats the daily grind for the rest of us cubicle monkeys.
Hi Tara, I am glad I found your channel because I have been trying to get into yoga for a long time and didn’t know where to find good yoga videos online or a good DVD. But all thanks to Sarah from SarahsFabChannel who recommended you, I m going to be all geared up to follow your yoga videos.. Thanks
Hi Tara, OK I am your newest fan I think! OK So I am 106 lbs over weight and YOGA is not EASY! (My fat gets in the way). However, I am going one day at a time and did your MEDITATION Challenge and YEA ME! Feel good this morning and also working on your weight loss challenge you posted 3 mo ago for writing everything I am eating down. I am just learning to make oatmeal. So today I had oatmeal. Please Please Please have a wonderful day
Hi Tara, I am sticking to my 1 hour meditation with Holosync, just too lazy for now to learn a traditional meditation practice, I’ll let those binaural beats do the job and go into deep delta every time! However I know folks who came off the tech meditation and continued their practice with breath techniques.
