The Common Home Remedy For Headache

The most common cause for headache is stress. Taking a break and relaxing would definitely help in reducing the stress. Usually when people are stressed, overworked or emotionally upset their eating habits change vastly and one thing they neglect most is drinking water, which in turn leads to dehydration and horrible headaches.

So, in order to get away with the headache, always remember to drink lots of water. This would avoid your body to get dehydrated and electrolytes in water such as Gatorade or PowerAde further more helps in quicker hydration of your body .

Exercise is another great way to avoid the pain. The best suited exercise would be the one which is less stressful. A more relaxing type such as yoga or Pilates would be a great remedy. Furthermore, exercises increase blood circulation and help reduce headaches in the process.

A good long relaxing bath also works wonders in getting relief from stress related headache situations. Im very interested in practicing Yoga, for all the benefits of course. I know it takes hard work and time for the benefits to come but im stuck on choosing a yoga style for me.

Im a beginner i have Asthma which is one of the main reason i want to practice Yoga to try and strenghten my lungs and improve lung capacity. I dont have much money as im a student so id like to be able to learn a yoga style at home. Something easy and relaxing but not too easy. So what style should i choose? Also could u include a bit of info on each of the styles, like an overview of each style and possibly recommend a style best for me as a beginner? thank you very much.

I would like to start taking hot yoga soon and I would like to know other people’s expieriences. Thanks.

I have done it with very good result. B/w it is not hot by hathyoga.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
